Follow the procedure described below when the X-ray generator requires aging.

NOTE: Use this function in administrator mode.

  Click here for "(SMX-6010) Switching to Administrator Mode".

 

1. Display the [Aging] window.
  1) Click the [X-ray Generator] tab.
  2) Click [Aging].

  

2. Perform aging.
  1) Confirm that no sample is set on the stage.
  2) Click [Start].

  

  Aging starts.
