PDA-8000: The spectrometer inner pressure is not within the green range.
PDA-7000: The Vacuum does not become OK.

  • The oil level in the vacuum pump is not the specified one.
  • The pump oil in the vacuum pump is soiled, lowering the exhaust ability.
