Answer

If you cannot solve this problem by checking possible causes and taking appropriate actions described below, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
 
Cause1: The sensor cable is not connected, or almost disconnected.
Action1: Connect the sensor cable securely.
 
Cause2: The load cell cable is disconnected, or almost disconnected.
Action2: Connect the cable securely. A warning message is displayed when the servo controller starts.
 
Cause3: Select “Invalid”.
Action3: Please select "Valid".
