WARNING:

  • Tighten the crosshead's auxiliary clamp bolts if the unit is to be stored for a long time without using.
    If this equipment has not been used for a long time, the amount of oil in the clamp jacks and lifting jacks gradually decreases. It is dangerous if the crosshead drops, so fix the crosshead with an auxiliary clamp bolt.
  • Before storing the product without using for a long period, remove nitrogen gas from the accumulator.
    If this equipment is not used for a long time, the bladder in the accumulator may adhere to the casing and be damaged. If you remove nitrogen gas, you can avoid this phenomenon. When reusing the product, be sure to refill it with nitrogen gas before use.

Keep the following points in mind when storing this product:.
If the equipment is stored incorrectly, it may not work properly when used again.

  • Cover the surface with a sheet to avoid dust.
  • Avoiding moisture (non-condensing)
  • Avoiding abrupt changes in temperature (Temperature range: -5ºC to +50ºC)
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight.
  • Place in an atmosphere free from corrosive gases.

 

NOTE: If the product is used after long-term storage, some seals may need to be replaced.
