Cause1: The gas in the accumulator is insufficient.
Countermeasure1: The accumulator gas needs to be charged. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.

Cause2: Servo valve failed.
Countermeasure2: Overhaul the servo valve. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
Cause3: The test jig is too heavy.
Countermeasure3: It is not abnormal. In the high frequency range, the effect of inertial force becomes large, so the amplitude characteristics will decrease if the jig weight is large. Please use within the range that test can be done.
