WARNING: Be sure to power off the entire system before performing any operation.
  Do not work while the power is on. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or injury.
 
 
Cause1: There is a backlash in mounting the test jig.
Countermeasure1: Mount firmly so that there is no backlash.
 
Cause2: There is a backlash in Installing the specimen.
Countermeasure2: Install firmly so that there is no backlash.
 
Cause3: Cross head clamping force is insufficient.
Countermeasure3: Stop the test. Increase the oil pressure or tighten the auxiliary clamp bolts.
 
Cause4: Servo valve failed.
Countermeasure4: Overhaul the servo valve. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
 
Cause5: Eccentric load, lateral force and moment are applied.
Countermeasure5: Do not apply eccentric load, lateral force or moment to the Load cell or actuator piston.
 
Cause6: Gain settings are not proper.
Countermeasure6: Directly change the gain settings, or execute auto tuning.
 
Cause7: The crosshead is not fastened.
Countermeasure7: Fasten the crosshead.
 
Cause8: Specified test conditions exceed the system specifications.
Countermeasure8: Check if the test conditions are proper.
 
Cause9: Hydraulic pressure setting is not proper. (For hydraul ic system)
Countermeasure9: Set hydraulic pressure suitable for test cond i tions .
