FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Cause1: The sensor cable is not connected, or almost disconnected.
Action1: Connect the sensor cable securely.

 

Cause2: The elongation meter is improperly mounted.

Action2: Mount the elongation meter securely.

 

Cause3: The sensor polarity is reserve.

Action3: Correct the sensor polarity.

 

Cause4: The servo valve cable is disconnected, or almost disconnected.

Action4: Connect the servo valve cable securely.

 

Cause5: LOAD operation is not executed. (For hydraulic system)

Action5: Press the [LOAD] button to execute LOAD operation.

 

Cause6: Hydraulic pressure is not increased. (For hydraulic system)

Action6: Increase the hydraulic pressure to an appropriate value.

 

Cause7: Piston is in the cushion portion outside the rated range . (When machine did not work for a long period, piston may does not move in a jog dial.)

Action7: Raise Hydraulic slowly to 10MPa (rated pressure in case of the low pressure type ). Then return piston into rated range using "Mean value moving".
