Answer

WARNING: Be sure to power off the entire system before performing any operation.
  Do not work while the power is on. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or injury.
 
 
Cause1: The auxiliary clamp bolts are tightened.
Countermeasures1: Loosen the auxiliary clamp bolt.
 
Cause2: Oil pressure is low
Countermeasures2: Increase the oil pressure to 8MPa or higher.
 
Cause3: The lifting jack has reached the stroke end.
Countermeasures3: It is not abnormal. Use within the specified range.
 
Cause4: The crosshead is not unclamped despite the unclamping operation.
Countermeasures4: If the hydraulic pressure is reduced without unclamping after the hydraulic pressure is once set to high pressure, or if the emergency stop switch is pressed at high pressure, the inside of the clamp jack will be held at high pressure due to the action of the check valve. In such cases, due to the characteristics of the check valve, the clamp may not be released at 8MPa. Increase the hydraulic pressure to 10-12MPa to release the clamp. When releasing the clamp, be sure to set the crosshead drop prevention stopper to prevent the crosshead from dropping suddenly. Please note that the crosshead may rise suddenly when unclamping once it has been operated upward.
 
EHF-E, L Series (Non CE models)
Cause4: The circuit of the solenoid valve for lifting and clamping button is cut off.
Countermeasures4: Push the fuse button and try raising the crosshead again. If the fuse does not rise after being pushed in, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
