(EHF) Checking the crosshead clamp

(EHF) Checking the crosshead clamp
EHF-E, U, L Series
Servo Controller 4830
Category :

Answer

1) Check that the crosshead drop prevention stopper is firmly fixed by pushing against the upper surface of the cylinder of the lifting jack.
2) Start the Hydraulic Power Supply and set the hydraulic pressure to 8MPa.
3) Release the clamp. Confirm that the clearance of the crosshead opens when you release the clamp and closes when you clamp. It is normal if you can confirm these.
If the clamp cannot be released at 8MPa, increase the hydraulic pressure to 10-12MPa and release the clamp.
Once the clamp is released at 10-12MPa, return the hydraulic pressure to 8MPa and perform the clamp release operation again.
