Error Code:[0x5401] FATAL ACTIVE PREHEATER

Error Message: Column oven: The temperature control was stopped because the active preheater (option) cannot be correctly recognized.

«Main Cause»
A broken circuit may have occurred in the active preheater (optional).
 
«Countermeasure»
Switch the instrument power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
