Error Message: System controller failed to communicate with the PDA detector. Check the communication Settings (parent-child relationship).

Answer

«Main Cause»
A separate workstation than connected to the system controller is connected to the PDA detector.
(System controllers and PDA detectors with an established parent-child relationship must be controlled from the same workstation software.)
 
«Countermeasure»
Check the workstation connection settings.
Alternatively, cancel the parent-child relationship between the system controller and detector on the PDA detector web page.
