Error Code:[0x000A]

Error Message: Link Time Out Error between the system controller and the instrument.
Check the optical fiber connection of the instrument for which the link check is turned on in the system configuration screen of the system controller.

«Main Cause»
Connection to a instrument with the [link check] checkbox selected wa disconnected.
 
«Countermeasure»
Please check the optical link cable.
In particular, when connection with the FRC-10A or SIL-10A series is lost, be sure to turn off the main power supply of the system controller and corresponding instrument and restart.
