Answer

«Main Cause»
Liquid leakage has been detected.
 
«Countermeasure»
(1) Remove the plastic tray or metal tray, and wipe the liquid accumulated on the leakage tray or near the leakage sensor.
(2) Confirm that there is no leakage at the tubing or valve.
(3) When liquid overflows from test tubes, set 80% of the test tube volum to [Vial Volume].
(4) When no fraction is collected in test tubes, check if the fractionation head position is appropriate.
(5) If there is no leakage, there is a problem with liquid sensor's sensitivity setting. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
