Error Code:[0x562B] ERROR OVER T.MAX

Error Message: Chemical reactor: The temperature control was stopped because the temperature exceeded upper temperature limit. Check the setting value of Maximum Temperature [T.MAX] on the oven.

«Main Cause»
Temperature control was stopped because the oven temperature exceeded the upper limit temperature.
 
«Countermeasure»
Set the oven temperature setting in instrument parameter settings to about 5ºC from the [T.MAX] setting value. A small difference in the settings could cause the oven temperature to exceed the [T.MAX] value before it reaches the setting value.
