Error Code:[0x5622] FATAL THERMAL FUSE

Error Message: Chemical reactor: Temperature fuse was disconnected, and the cell temperature control was stopped.

«Main Cause»
A broken circuit may have occurred in the thermal fuse.
 
«Countermeasure»
Switch the instrument power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
