You can check the LAN communication between the PC and the instruments by the following method.
1. Right-click on the (Start) menu and select [Run...].
2. Enter "cmd" in "Name" and click [OK].
The command prompt will start.
3. The cursor is blinking, key in ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and press [Enter].
There is a space between "ping" and "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: The IP address of the instruments for which you want to check communication.
4. If there is a response from the instruments, there is no problem with LAN communication.
If there is a problem with LAN communication, [Request timed out] will be display.

The command prompt will start.
3. The cursor is blinking, key in ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and press [Enter].
There is a space between "ping" and "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: The IP address of the instruments for which you want to check communication.
4. If there is a response from the instruments, there is no problem with LAN communication.
If there is a problem with LAN communication, [Request timed out] will be display.
