(LC Column) Different peak shapes and retention times

The peak shape and retention time are different when analyzed on two columns with the same P/N.

Answer

->A column with a history of analysis and a new column may not obtain the same results when analyzed under the same conditions.Check that equilibration is sufficient for a new column.
->Consider the optimum analytical conditions that can be reproduced in multiple batch of columns.
