8001: PHM: pH sensor error. (FATAL)
The sensor head is not functioning properly.
8002: PHM: pH sensor system error (FATAL)
The sensor head is not functioning properly.
8003: PHM: pH sensor communication error (FATAL)
Communication with the pH electrode failed.
8004: PHM: The pH value exceeded the upper limit (WARNING)
A measured pH value exceeded the upper limit of the warning thresholds.
→Check the mobile phase preparation and the pump concentration settings. You can continue using the instrument without taking action, but it is recommended to check that the column and analysis results will not be affected.
8005: PHM: The pH value is less than the lower limit (WARNING)
A measured pH value is less than the lower limit of the warning thresholds.
→Check the mobile phase preparation and the pump concentration settings. You can continue using the instrument without taking action, but it is recommended to check that the column and analysis results will not be affected.
8006: PHM: Fluid leak was detected (ERROR)
Leak was detected.
→Check tube connections and electrode connections for leakage from flow lines, and wipe off liquid around the leak sensor.
8007: PHM: The leak sensor is disconnected (FATAL)
Abnormal leak sensor detection value. Leak sensor wires may be broken.
8008: PHM: The leak sensor is short-circuited (FATAL)
Abnormal leak sensor detection value. The leak sensor may be short-circuited.
8009: PHM: The instrument is not calibrated (WARNING)
pH electrode calibration has not been done.
→Calibrate the pH electrode.
Click here for "(LC) Calibrating the pH Electrode"
8010: PHM: The interval time of the calibration is passed (WARNING)
The valid period of the last calibration has expired.
→Calibrate the pH electrode.
Click here for "(LC) Calibrating the pH Electrode"
8011: PHM: PHM failed to connect to the workstation (ERROR)
During the last operation, the pH monitor judged that communication with the PC was disconnected.
→If the software was working correctly, check for a problem in the LAN interface for communication between the pHM and the PC.
