In the [MS Data Analysis] window, click the [Spectrum View]-[Display] tab, and then select the checkboxes for the event numbers to display.
To overlay spectra for multiple events, click [Overlay] located on the upper right.

Double-click on the [Chromatogram View] to display spectrum between corresponding retention times.
