As for Items as follows, you can check the test machine as to whether they have troubles. If you think that they might have troubles, please use this function.
• Sensor amplifier check: you can check the built-in amplifier.
• Power check: you can check the electrical power source in the machine.
1. Sensor amplifier ceck
This machine has a test-force amplifier and a analog amplifier as standard. In addition it can have one or two sensor amplifier as an optional extra. Using the “Sensor amplifier check”, you can check that the built-in amplifiers are attached to this machine correctly.
1) Touch the [System] menu key on the LCD display. The System screen appears.
2) Touch the [Maintenance] key. The Maintenance screen appears. Select the [SelfCheck] tab and touch the [Sensor AMP.] key.
3) The Sensor AMP. check screen appears.
After you touch the [Execution] key, the results appears in the display.
In the [Amp. Type] part, the type of built-in amplifiers appears.
In the [Cal-Cable] part, the condition of the Cal-Cable that is connected appears.
If analog amplifier is connected or amplifier isn’t connected, [-] appears.
If [Cal. DataOK] appears, this machine doesn’t have troubles.
If different indication appears, confirm the connection of the Cal-Cable.
2. Power check
In the testing machine, some power-supply voltage are generated for using voltage in the measurement controler. In the Power check, you can check the electrical power source in the machine.
1) Touch the [System] menu key on the LCD display. The System screen appears.
2) Touch the [Maintenance] key. The Maintenance screen appears. Select the [SelfCheck] tab and touch the [PowerUnit] key.
3) The PowerUnit check screen appears. After you touch the [Execution] key, the results appears in the display. If [OK] appears, the testing machine is normal. But if [NG] appears, the testing machine has troubles. Contact
