2. Recovering from emergency stop
  1) Turn off the MAIN AIRCON , CONSOLE , and SOURCE switches on the switch panel , and then turn off each switch of the vacuum pump
  2) Turn off the C PU CONT UNIT, printer, and monitor.
  3) Turn on the MAIN switch on the switch panel, and then turn on the AIRCON, CONSOLE and SOURCE switches.
  4) Turn on the pump power switch on the instrument switch panel to turn on the vacuum pump.
  5) Turn on the CPU CONT U NIT, printer, and monitor.
  6) Restart t he PC if it is running, and then s tart up PDA-Win.

  CAUTION: If the vacuum pump cannot be turned on immediately after the emergency stop, open the pump leak valve

  

 

2. Recovering from emergency stop
  1) Turn OFF the AIRCON, CONSOLE, SOURCE and then MAIN switches on the switch panel.
  2) Turn on the MAIN switch on the switch panel, and then turn on the AIRCON, CONSOLE and SOURCE switches.
  3) Turn on the PC. Then start up PDA-Win following the usual procedures.
