If the back pressure is more than 1MPa when the flowrate is 1mL/min and the mixer outlet is clogged. Remove the male nut and loosen the screw to replace the filter.

CAUTION:

a) Do not absolutely open the inner part.
b) Note that the specified performance may not be obtained if this unit is installed in a place subjected to vibration or fixed obliquely.
