No sample vial was placed in the rack position.

 

«Countermeasure»

Remedy this problem referring to the following procedure.
(1) The sample vial installation location is incorrect. Place the vial at the correct location.
(2) A probable cause is that a vial of height lower than a standard Shimadzu sample vial is in use. In this case, set the sample vial automatic detection function OFF referring to the Instruction Manual.
If the above procedure does not remedy the problem, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
