Inspect the parts based on the recommended inspection/replacement cycle.

Answer

  • Recommended number of analysis and inspection cycles should be used for reference only. They are not warranty period.
  • Inspect all items when you analyze a new sample or change analytical method.
  • Inspection cycle is different depending on the instrument usage and the　samples to be analyzed. Inspect the instrument according to the situation.
  • Contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative for inspection of detectors　(TCD, PTCD, ECD, and BID).

When using a tube other than the provided inner pyrotubes, also replace the existing outer pyrotube at the same time. Otherwise, sufficient performance may not be obtained. Early replacement may be required depending on usage conditions. ■
