Output the information related to the usage status of the instrument.
If a problem occurs with the instrument, you may be required to output the instrument information to analyze the status of the problem and send the instrument information to your Shimadzu representative.

NOTE: Use this function in administrator mode.

1. Display the [Settings] window.
1) Click the [Manage] tab.
2) Click [Settings].

2. Click the [Others] tab.
3. Click [Output] in the Instrument Information section.
4. The following instrument information ZIP file is output.
