(SMX-1010/1020) Cross-section images are blurry
Category :

Answer

Cause1: Is the sample moving during image scanning?
Action1: Fix the sample in place with tape or other means.

Cause2: Cross-section images can be blurry if the [FOV] value is too low.
Action2-1: Increase the [FOV] value and perform scanning again.
Action2-2: Perform central position adjustment.

  [Central Position Adjustment]
When this is enabled, central position adjustment is performed after the CT scan.
The central position adjustment is a function that allows you to correct blurry images that can occur from a deviation of the position of the center axis, which can happen during a CT scan at high magnification, when checking the image after the CT scan.
