Answer
1. In the main window of pHM-40 Utility, click the (Leak Sensor Calibration) button.
The [Leak Sensor Calibration] window will be displayed.
In the window, the current leak sensor level and leak threshold are displayed.
In the window, the current leak sensor level and leak threshold are displayed.
2. Dry the leak sensor (a), and then click the [Calibrate to Zero] button.
Clicking this will calibrate the leak sensor of the instrument to zero. [Leak Sensor Level (Current)] will become 100.
3. Immerse the leak sensor in water, and then click the [Sensor Level (WET)] button.
The leak threshold will be calculated.
The current sensor level will be displayed in [Sensor Level (WET)]. The leak threshold will be calculated and displayed in [Threshold (New)].

Threshold = (Sensor Level (WET) - 100) × 0.7 + 100
The leak threshold will be calculated.
The current sensor level will be displayed in [Sensor Level (WET)]. The leak threshold will be calculated and displayed in [Threshold (New)].

Threshold = (Sensor Level (WET) - 100) × 0.7 + 100
4. Click [Set Threshold].
Clicking this will send the value in [Threshold (New)] to the instrument.
5. Immerse the leak sensor in water, and then click [Start Check].
The leak sensor will be checked. A check result, Pass or Fail, will be displayed in [Result].
