Answer
Calculates the evaluation value as an indicator of peak fluctuations for each amino acid in chromatograms for consecutive cycles. The one with the highest evaluation value is estimated as that cycle's amino acid. If the peak height ratio of amino acids in chromatograms for successive cycles is "r" and the difference is "D", the evaluation value is as shown in equation(1). Here "a" corresponds to the correction factor and "b to the correction factor 2.
In addition, the reliability is calculated as shown in equation (2) as an indicator of whether the estimated amino acid exhibits any unusual increases in comparison with the other amino acids. The value is displayed as "100" if it is equal to or exceeds 100.
"y" is the reliability, "T" is the highest evaluation value in that cycle, "M" is the average evaluation value in the cycle after the highest evaluation value has been excluded, "S" is standard deviation of the evaluation values in the cycle after the highest evaluation value has been excluded, and "a" is a constant.
