(PPSQ) Replacing the mobile phase
If there are large discrepancies in the retention times of the PTH-amino acids, if separation is not possible, or if the negative peaks of by-products become large, the mobile phase must be replaced. The procedure for replacing reagents in mobile phase replacement is given below. After replacement, be sure to analyze PTH-amino acids and perform calibration.
