• The microchips specified in the [Chip Management] window are not properly installed.
• The sample probe is damaged.
• The sensor that detects microchips is broken.
 
<Corrective Measures>
Verify that the microchips are properly installed.
If the problem is not corrected, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
