Before operating the testing machine, you need to perform the initial setting of the LCD display.
The touch panel must be configured so that the keys displayed on the screen match precisely with the key areas on the touch panel. If the keys you touch do not invoke the assigned functions, configure the touch panel in the following procedure.

 

1. Display the Monitor screen. (Immediately after power on, the Monitor screen is always shown.)
2. If the hydraulic pump is running, press the PUMP PREPARATION OFF switch on the operation panel to stop the pump.

3. Press the control mode selector (MANU.) key for 5 seconds or longer.

  

4. The screen changes to the touch panel adjusting mode. Touch the cursors in turn.

  

5. Touching the cursors to the end returns to the monitor screen. Touch the displayed keys to check if the touch panel has been configured properly. If the keys still do not invoke the assigned functions, reconfigure the touch panel by following Step 3 and later.
