1. Remove upper cover.

2. Remove lamp ASSY and install new lamp ASSY.
3. Close the top cover, and turn ON the power supply.
4. Observe the visual field. If the whole visual field is bright, fix the top cover with the top cover set screw.
  If the visual field is dark, adjust the illumination lamp position.

If the visual field is dark although the illumination lamp is bright, adjust the illumination lamp position according to the procedure below:
1. Remove top cover.
2. Power ON.
3. Adjust the inclination of the lamp with the two fixed screws.
4. Loosen two fixed screw of lamp, move the inclination of the lamp, and fix screws at the position where view is the brightest.

  

NOTE: If the visual field is still dark even after the above lamp position adjustment is performed, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
