Vibrations will have a significant effect at test forces of 98.07 mN or less. Ensure that the area around the instrument is free of vibrations before performing the measurement.
2. The indenter tip is too close to the sample.
The indentation will be too big if the indenter tip is too close to the sample. See "If the tip of the indenter is too close to the sample".
