AOCm rack error[Error Code:6001 6023]

The turret motor or sensor has a problem.

Answer

[In case of AOC-30i]
Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
 
[In case of AOC-20i]
After removing the turret and cleaning the rack gear, set the turret again and press the RESET key.
If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
