H2, AIR APC are not ready[Error Code:4207]

The hydrogen gas or air flow is unstable during FID ignition sequence.

Answer

  • Check that the supply pressures of hydrogen gas and air are within the ranges below.
  • Check that the supply pressures are sufficient for hydrogen gas and air to flow.
  • Check that the gas supply pressure is stable.
  • Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
  • Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
If the error appears repeatedly even after checking the above, the flow controller may have failed. Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
