DetAPCn DCG control irregularity[Error Code:2152 2153 2154 2155]

The flow of the flow controller to control the BID detector gas is unstable.

Answer

  •  Check that the BID detector gas supply pressure is within the range below.
  •  Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the BID detector gas to flow.
  •  Check that the gas supply pressure is stable.
  •  Check that the BID sweep gas flow is about 5 to 10 mL/min. To check and adjust the sweep gas flow, see below.
 If the error appears repeatedly even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
