DetAPCn DCG valve not completely closed[Error Code:2148 2149 2150 2151]
The sweep gas flow supplied from the bypass line is unstable, or there is a leak inside the BID gas control valve of the APC for the detector.

Answer
Close the knob of the bypass unit of BID totally with the BID DCG flow set off. Then, check whether the BID DCG flow on the monitor decreases. When the BID DCG flow on the monitor decreases to less than 1 mL/min, turn the knob on the bypass unit to readjust the sweep gas flow so that the BID DCG flow on the monitor reads 5 to 10 mL/min.

If the BID DCG flow on the monitor does not decrease to less than 1 mL/min, the hardware may have failed. Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
