SCD ozone source oxygen was overpressure[Error Code:6176]

Excessive oxygen is supplied in the SCD detector since the oxygen gas supply pressure is too high or the tubing is clogged.

Answer

・Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
 
 
・If the gas supply pressure is appropriate, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
