APCy set point not reached[Error Code:2026 2027 2028 2029 2030 2031 2032 2033 2034 2035 2036 2037 2038 2039 2040 2041 2042 2043]
The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.
・The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
・There is a leak at tubing connections.
・The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

Answer
・Check that the gas main valve is open.
・Check that the gas supply pressure is higher than the set pressure.
・Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
・Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
