DetAPCn air set point not reached[Error Code:2016 2019 2022 2025]
The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.
・The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
・There is a leak at tubing connections.
・The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

・Check that the gas main valve is open.
・Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
・Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
・Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the air gas to flow.
・When using a silica gel container, check that there is no leak from the container.
・Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
・Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
