DetAPCn makeup set point not reached[Error Code:2014 2017 2020 2023]

The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.
・The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
・There is a leak at tubing connections.
・The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

Answer

・Check that the gas main valve is open.
・Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
 
・Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the makeup gas to flow.
 
・Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
・Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
