No analysis started after PREP RUN was inputted and the instrument became ready.

Answer

For manual injection analyses, introduce the sample within the [Prep RUN Wait Time].
For analyses with extended pre-run time, such as for HS warming, set [Prep RUN Wait Time] longer than the pre-run time.
 
[HOME] - [Function] - [PREP RUN] to display [PREP RUN] screen.
Check the [Prep RUN Wait Time].
