The SCD cannot be started due to failure in a leak check, etc.

Answer
If a leak check has failed,check the following and perform a leak check again.
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| The inner pyrotube is broken. |
Replace the inner pyrotube.

| The back ring is not installed on the inner pyrotube. |
Install the back ring on the inner pyrotube.
|
| The ferrule of the inner pyrotube is not inserted correctly. |
Check that the ferrule is inserted in the inner pyrotube and that there is no abnormality in the ferrule.

| The column is not properly tightened. |
・Check the tightening condition of the nut.
・Additionally tighten it. |
| The vacuum pump is not turned on. | Turn on the switch. |
| The degree of vacuum is inadequate. |
Maintain the vacuum pump. If the problem is not resolved after maintaining the vacuum pump, replace the vacuum pump.

| There is a leak between the vacuum pump and ozone scrubber. |
Additionally tighten the connection.
