Can not switch gas because of gas selector# sub error occurring [Error Code:2372 2373]

You tried to set the supply gas to sub while there is an error with the sub of the gas selector.

Answer

Check whether the sub gas is supplied and whether gas is not leaking from connections.
After resolving the problem, press [Reset].
 
If the error appears repeatedly even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply,
and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
