DET#1 2 3 4 failed to start plasma[Error Code:4208 4209 4210 4211]

BID Plasma cannot be turned on.

Answer

• Check that the detector gas flow is appropriate.
 
• Ignition may be difficult when gas replacement is insufficient immediately after tubing connection.
Supply the detector gas for about 1 hour, and ignite the plasma again.
• Check that there is no leak at column connections or tubing connections.
 
If ignition is impossible even after checking the above, the helium purifier may have failed.
Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
