DET#1 2 3 4 DTCD overvoltage detected in cell power [Error Code:4133 4134 4135 4136]

The voltage of the PTCD cell power is abnormal.

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
