LC pump cannot solvent delivery (LCMS)

Answer

It is set to turn on cooperation Nebulizing Gas and Pump.
The [Gas Control Mode] tab page is located in the [Setting Options] sub-window. To open this sub-window, click [Option] on the [Tools] menu in the [MS Data Analysis] window.
If this item is selected, the LC pump is shut OFF automatically when the nebulizer gas stops with a mass spectrometer specified as connected in system configuration settings.
 
NOTE: When the LC pump stops, the Nebulizing Gas is not stopped.
With Micro-ESI or PESI inteface, this parameter is disabled.
