Answer

When using a rinsing liquid with a hydrocarbon solvent such as hexane as the main component, suction problems can occur irregularly.
When such a problem occurs, it is recommended that the seal be replaced with the optional seal.
Parts Number: 228-21975-91 Plunger Seal, PE
 
For the SIL-20A series, replace the plunger with the following parts at the same time.
Parts Number: 228-35010-92 Plunger ASSY30AC
