There is leakage from the injection port.

Answer

Was the autosampler shut down or its power switched OFF?
 
If the autosampler is shut down or its power is switched OFF, it can lose its ability to press the needle tightly against the injection port, which can sometimes result in leaking.
Do not switch OFF or shut down the autosampler when the pump is pumping solvent.
