Error Message: PDA detector: Lamp cover is open. Close the lamp cover.

Answer

«Main Cause»
The lamp housing opened or the cover sensor is not functioning properly.
 
«Countermeasure»
Close the lamp cover.
If that does not resolve the error, switch the instrument power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
